Accounting

Arch Construction is equipped to handle all accounting requirements that go along with any construction project. Depending on a job’s specific scope we will receive and approve all invoices for satisfactory contract performance, process payments, maintain all necessary insurances for ourselves as well as all sub-trades, and provide monthly statements for our clients. 

Project Management

From the initial meeting to final inspection our job is to efficiently and effectively participate in overseeing every component of every project. It is our name and our reputation on the line and it is up to us to deliver desired results. Keep in mind it is construction, things do changes, and obstacles do appear. Arch Construction will be there to assess every situation, determine the appropriate plan of action and implement that plan of action. Effective oversight will reduce schedule delays, minimize additional expenses and guarantee superior quality in the final product. 

Close-Out

Just because the property received its Certificate of Occupancy doesn’t mean our job is over. We stay on the project until the final piece of the puzzle is placed. Our job is incomplete until the project is 100% complete AND our client is satisfied and educated on all building systems and warranty information. 

Energy Audits

My have the times, they are a changing. And so has our focus on home energy efficiency. Let Arch Construction coordinate a licensed HERS Rater to evaluate your property’s energy performance. Based on these facts we will provide you with several options to improve the efficiency of your home or office. Yes we are up to date on the latest local, state and federal rebate and tax incentive programs that reward your efforts to reduce your property’s energy demands. 

Life Safety Inspections

Eight out of ten fire-related deaths occur at home; the 3rdmost common cause of accidental death at home. Arch Construction is serious about our life safety standards that will reduce the risk of hazard to life and property loss. Ensuring that you, your family, your tenants and your property is properly screened, proactive measures taken, occupant education and continuous monitoring of key elements of potential hazards areas. Installing a fire extinguisher on every level of the home, monthly inspections of these extinguisher, checking smoke/CO/heat detectors, changing batteries in these devices annually, check/test alarm functions, installing laminated life safety and emergency cards in key locations of the property are a few proactive measures that Arch Construction will gladly perform to promote life safety in your property. Not only will these measures provide a safer environment for the occupants, it will reduce your liability for life and property loss. We are currently negotiating with reputable home insurance companies to accept and acknowledge our safety standards and implement discounts for our clients that participate in our service. 

Property Inspections

Arch Construction will perform, annually, a courtesy property inspection. In fact throughout the year your property through its preventative maintenance program and general maintenance. Regardless, it is good practice to evaluate all of your property’s components to guarantee its performance, identify potential problems and implement corrective and preventive measures. Of course all of our inspection reports are delivered and explained to all of our Arch Construction Customers. 

Code Compliance Inspection Review
